Fiusa Service Car provides auto detailing and car aesthetics delivered remotely. Our services are advisory and implementation-support in nature; outcomes depend on your participation, environment, and follow-through.

2. Engagements and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and are the prices you pay. Fees are due as set out in your engagement or at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment-card details.

3. Cancellations and refunds

• You may cancel a package for a full refund any time before the engagement begins.
• If the first deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right or provide a fair resolution.
• Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice incur no fee.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and necessary access, and to use our recommendations at your own discretion. You are responsible for backing up your own data and systems before any changes.

5. No guarantees

We share professional guidance and best practices, but we do not guarantee any specific business result. You remain in control of your own data, decisions, and systems.

6. Intellectual property

Deliverables and materials we provide remain our property or that of our licensors until paid for in full, after which agreed deliverables are licensed to you for your internal business use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIUSA SERVICE CAR - CENTRO DE ESTETICA AUTOMOTIVA LTDA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes
